HR-9059 - USA (Warren, New Jersey) - Payroll Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll services to the government authority located in Warren, NJ. – Administer semi–monthly payrolls of approximately 150 payroll checks per period, including, the full payroll cycle from the inputting of data to the issuing of checks and reports based upon a schedule determined by the agency. – Provide third party payroll, disbursement services, tax services including federal, state disability reporting.– Provide training to agency employees to insure proper implementation of software.– Provide assistance to staff should any issue arise in the processing of payroll.– Prepare W–2’s and other required documents as required by agency.– Prepare a group term life printout prior to year–end. – Provide Unemployment case management services.– Prepare and submit new hire reporting.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
