Vendor needs to provide activation management services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – The activation management consultant’s responsibility will include planning and management and administration of the scheduling, procurement, delivery, installation and activation of new room accessories and contents during the construction phase through to full operation of all installed components.– Updating each component  – Confirmation of component– Support of ordering• Project planning, schedule, move–in management budget• Operational/workflow support to transition team• Staff orientation/training will be a parkland agency–managed event• Facility activation/equipment installation and logistics• Product logistics for tagged equipment• Activation plan, planning and move–in
