(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Clinical Team Leadership to Nurses and Other Staff.– Consulting and Attending coverage 24/7, 365 days.A. Director Duties:– Provides medical direction and administration including, but not limited to, developing clinical practice guidelines and standing orders.– Supervising staff.– Performing quality assurance activities.B. Physician Duties:– Reviews and audits documentation of the medical record to assure accuracy and legibility on the medical record.– Performing as a member of the medical team.C. Position– Skill in providing excellent customer service and support; organizing and prioritizing workload and; excellent written and verbal communication.– Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds.– Ability to receive constructive feedback including evaluation of provider’s productivity and practice attributes.– Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing education, quality review and/or other activities.
