(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce analysis service to the government authority located in Commerce, CO. – The analysis will examine workforce supply, employer demand, skill gaps, training program alignment, workforce pipeline challenges, and system–level barriers.– Labor Market Research• Analyse existing, major employer employment trends, growth industries, and workforce projections.• Review wage patterns, job posting activity, and emerging skill requirements.• Identify demographic and market shifts affecting workforce participation.• Identify current labor market conditions, including high–demand occupations and expanding industry sectors.• Analyse wage trends, job postings, and emerging skill requirements.• Assess workforce availability, demographics, and participation rates.– Employer and agency Partner Engagement• Conduct interviews, surveys, or focus groups with employers across multiple sectors.• Document hiring challenges, onboarding needs, and workforce readiness expectations.• Assess interest in partnerships, work–based learning, or talent pipeline initiatives.– Talent Supply & Training Review• Evaluate education and training programs, including curriculum, competencies, completion rates, and placement.• Identify strengths and gaps in technical, digital, and employability skills.• Review credentialing, certification, and skill validation processes.– Workforce Pipeline Mapping• Map current pathways from training to employment across sectors.• Identify bottlenecks such as awareness gaps, access barriers, or limited employer engagement.• Recommend improvement to strengthen transitions and placement outcomes.– Equity & Access Considerations• Assess barriers affecting participation among underrepresented or underserved populations.• Identify support needed such as transportation, childcare, financial assistance, and mentorship.• Recommend strategies to improve equitable access to workforce opportunities.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
