(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk service to the government authority located in Lafayette, Louisiana. – Construction management at risk shall have key full‐time representatives domiciled in close proximity to the project site throughout the initial Preconstruction Services and construction management phases.– The owner will retain an architect for this project and seeks to complement the existing Project delivery team with a qualified construction manager at risk.– Construction management firms interested in providing construction management at risk (CMAR) services.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 13, 2026.
