TRANSLATION-8405 - USA (Arizona) - Language Interpreter and Translator Services - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide language interpreter and translator services • Interpreter and Translation Services shall be provided, on an as needed basis include Most common languages other than Spanish: Navajo, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Chinese, Tongan, Russian, Karenni, Chuukese, Chuj, Popti, Marshallese, Hindi and ASL.• Provide format/file types of documents via Microsoft/Office 360 products to providers for translation.• Sight Translation: For source material that is written, the interpreter shall read the entire document before beginning the oral translation to the client• Classic Interpreting/Long Consecutive: For conference interpreting or in a variety of tribunal, arbitration, liaison, educational, group or business settings• Over–the–phone interpretation services: Video interpretation is an on–demand, time–saving alternative to onsite interpretation for a variety of languages, but especially useful for American Sign Language (ASL).• An efficient call routing and dispatch system in place to connect customers with the appropriate interpreter with minimal delay.• Priority routing for calls originating from 911 and public safety communications centers.• An encrypted, reliable unified video technology and interpreter platform producing high–quality video and audio which shall be easily accessible through cell phone, desktop, or iPad app twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, including State observed holidays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
