ESTATE-12341 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - Right of Way Acquisition Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.1. Acquisition:– Acquire in accordance with all federal and state laws and regulations, and in the name of the department, the right of way necessary to construct the project.– The consultant shall update the right of way data sheet to include all correct landowner names, dates of acquisition, correct obtains and type of instrument secured.2. Relocation:– Provide relocation assistance in accordance with all federal and state laws and regulations and the right of way relocation manual.– The consultant must submit the initial relocation assistance form 10 with 30 days of notice to proceed.3. Exhibits:– Prepare exhibits in accordance with current instructional guide for preparing right of way exhibits for use in the acquisition of the properties.4. Title work:– Perform all title searches for properties which must be acquired to construct the project and provide to the department with a preliminary and final certificate of title signed by a licensed attorney.5. QA/QC acquisition tract package:– Consultant will perform quality control and quality assurance for establishing and maintaining procedures for the entire right–of–way acquisition process.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
