(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday decorations service to the government authority located in Eastvale, CA. – Provide full–service holiday decor design, installation, maintenance, and removal for the Community Center and adjacent exterior spaces.– create a festive, visually appealing environment that enhances the holiday experience for residents and visitors alike.– Installation must begin no earlier than Friday, November 27, 2026, and be fully completed no later than Monday, November 30, 2026.– All decor must be removed no earlier than Saturday, January 2, 2027, and no later than 5:00PM on Monday, January 4, 2027.(2) Pre–bid optional meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
