(1) Vendor needs to provide medical, pharmacy, dental, stoploss and employee assistance program service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. – Provide city's benefit programs including medical, pharmacy, dental, employee assistance program, stoploss.– Claims administration of appropriate benefit programs and associated benefit designs.– Network management (broad network and narrow network).– Dedicated account management and implementation support.– EAP management.– Stop loss.– Accurate and timely claims processing.– Stop loss coverage or interface with stop loss carrier.– Strategic guidance and services to improve overall population health.– Ability to administer consumer–based plan designs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
