(1) Vendor needs to provide universal pre kindergarten program services to the government authority located in New York.– Provider operates the site and runs the program in increments of 18–20 per class.– Provider to run the program at the provided school building for two classrooms with a maximum class size of 20.– Increase their creative and artistic abilities.– Increase their early literacy skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening, and information processing).– Enhance their personal, physical, and emotional wellness.– Provide support services to children and families such as social and health–related services.– Support transition and continuity with the district’s k‐3 program curriculum and the state learning standards.– Integrate preschool children with disabilities.– Encourage parental involvement in their child’s education.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
