Bowie ISD is seeking bids for licensing for 200 wireless access points for a 5 year term. The term will start on 09-14-2027. We are also seeking bids for 6 APC Smart-UPS C, Line Interactive, 1000VA, Rackmount 2U, 120V, 6x NEMA 5-15R outlets, SmartConnect port, USB and Serial and 8 APC Smart-UPS On-Line, 2200VA, Rackmount 2U, 120V, 6x 5-20R+1x L5-20R NEMA outlets, Network Card, Extended runtime or equivilent. Bowie ISD is seeking bids for 6 Cisco Catalyst 3850 POE+ 48port switches or equivilent. Lastly, Bowie ISD is seeking bids for 5 Aruba HPE model 505 wireless access points or equivilent. Price quoted must include a 5 year license starting on 09-14-2027. All prices must include shipping. No bids will be accepted after 11/6/2026 at 4pm CST.
