Prince George's County, Maryland (the “County”), by and through the Office of Central Services (“OCS”), Facilities Operations and Management Division (“FOM”), requires qualified contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial, custodial, facility-hygiene, and related supplemental services at County-owned and County-operated facilities. The County’s portfolio includes administrative offices, health and human services facilities, courts and justice facilities, public safety facilities, correctional and animal services facilities, warehouses, maintenance and transportation facilities, and other specialized properties. Facilities vary substantially in size, occupancy, operating hours, public access, security designation, and cleaning requirements.
