La presente licitación se desarrolla en el marco del “Programa Odontológico Integral”, que incluye las estrategias MÁS SONRISAS PARA CHILE, HOMBRES DE ESCASOS RECURSOS y RESOLUTIVIDAD DE ESPECIALIDADES, aprobado por Resolución Exenta N°960 del 01 de DICIEMBRE de 2025 del Ministerio de Salud (MINSAL). El programa tiene respaldo financiero a través de la Resolución Exenta Nº195 del 13 de febrero de 2026 también del Ministerio de Salud; y de la Resolución Afecta (interna) N°05 del 2 de marzo del propio SSAP.
