TELCOM-2995 - USA (Fountain Hills, Arizona) - Wireless Telecommunication Tower and Antenna Application Review Consultant Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wireless telecommunication tower and antenna application review consultant service to the government authority located in Fountain Hills, AZ. • Consultant will act as an extension of town staff to perform objective technical, structural, and regulatory peer reviews of incoming wireless communications applications (including macro cell towers, monopolies, stealth facilities, and small cell nodes).• Review all applications for new or modified wireless telecommunication towers and antennas for compliance with Town codes.• Assist in implementation of the Town's wireless telecommunication facilities ordinances.• Monitor existing facilities for compliance with standards, particularly periodic and random RF emissions compliance.• Technical compliance memorandums: deliver clear, plain–language written reports detailing application deficiencies, compliance findings, and explicit recommendations for approval, modification, or denial.• Billing: all project–specific application review hours performed by the consultant shall be billed to the town and passed on to the applicant• Public hearing presentation: attend and present technical findings before the planning and zoning commission and/or the town council, acting as an expert witness to defend the town's regulatory findings if challenged(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026
