ELECTRIC-1098 - USA (Stockton, California) - Electrical System Operations and Maintenance Services - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical system operations and maintenance services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. • Provide qualified personnel for routine switching, isolation, grounding, phase identification, phase–rotation verification, outage response, and restoration.• Maintain current operating diagrams, switching records, tags, equipment identification, contact lists, and field changes provided by or developed for the agency.• Coordinate planned outages and switching with the agency, affected tenants, the Central State Traction Company, and other parties as directed by the agency.• Do not energize new or modified tenant service equipment until required inspections and agency approvals are complete.• Inspect, test, maintain, splice, repair, replace, and install 12.47 kV cable, terminations, elbows, junctions, switches, transformers, grounding, vaults, manholes, pull boxes, duct banks, and secondary conductors.• Provide or obtain qualified high–voltage cable splicing personnel and test equipment appropriate for the cable system.• Install or modify multi–meter services and distribution equipment only under an authorized design or Work Order and after required utility and permitting coordination.• Provide power and raceway work for Port communication, security, metering, and camera systems when specifically authorized. Data–system programming, cybersecurity, and security–system design are excluded unless stated in a Work Order.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026.(3) Mandatory in–person pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
