(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer direct fiscal intermediary service to the government authority located in Falconer, NY. – Provide comprehensive Fiscal Intermediary services in support of eligible older adults participating in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) under the non–Medicaid funded home care and caregiver programs.– Serve as the Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for consumers receiving consumer–directed in–home services.– Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and terminating in–home service workers.– Payroll and employment administration.– Process payroll for all in–home service workers, including all required federal, state, and local tax withholdings.– Ensuring that workers perform only those tasks authorized in the consumer's care plan and service schedule.– Arranging and scheduling backup coverage for vacations, holidays, illnesses, or other worker absences.– Verifying that each in–home service worker accurately reports hours worked on timesheets.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
