(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based canvas – integrated remote proctoring solution.• The proposed solution must support fully automated remote proctoring, including exam monitoring, identification of potential testing irregularities, and generation of results or reports, without requiring human proctors or other human intervention to perform these functions.• Faculty shall be able to enable and configure remote proctoring for existing Canvas assessments through a workflow integrated with Canvas.• The proposed solution shall support relevant Canvas assessment types, including the use of New Quizzes, while preserving normal faculty and student assessment workflows.• Students shall be able to locate and launch proctored assessments through intuitive Canvas workflow without unnecessary separate accounts, credentials, or navigation.• Faculty shall be able to reuse or quickly reestablish proctoring settings across multiple assessments and courses.• The proposed solution shall support automated monitoring, event and irregularity detection, and analysis of proctored sessions and identified events warranting faculty review. • The proposed solution shall support multiple–camera (dual or second camera) proctored sessions. Dual camera proctoring should be an optional and not required setting for a proctored session.• The proposed solution shall support restrictions on unauthorized access to websites, applications, displays, browser functions, or device resources when required by the assessment.• Faculty shall be able to locate identified events and examine relevant evidence and surrounding context through practical timestamped or synchronized review capabilities.• The proposed solution shall distinguish event detection from a determination of academic misconduct. Automated flags shall provide decision support. Faculty or the institution shall determine whether misconduct occurred.
