EXTRA-74254 - USA (San Luis Obispo, California) - Emergency Response, Repair and Clean-up Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency response, repair and clean–up service to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA.– provide on–call emergency response, repair, stabilization, debris removal, hauling, cleanup, and related services.• Work safely in wet, muddy, windy, smoky, dark, or otherwise adverse conditions, during daytime or nighttime operations.• Provide fueled, maintained, and legally compliant equipment with skilled operators. Equipment and operator labor shall be separately identified and billed in accordance with the pricing provisions of this RFQ.• Provide laborers, operators, teamsters, supervisors, trade personnel, traffic control, and support staff as authorized.• Mobilize, pre–position, stage, operate, and demobilize equipment as directed.• Protect the public, employees, utilities, private property, environmental resources, and City assets.• Comply with applicable permits, licenses, prevailing–wage requirements, certified payroll, environmental restrictions, and funding documentation.• Maintain contemporaneous daily records sufficient for City audit and, when applicable, State or Federal reimbursement.• Do not separately bill fuel, maintenance, repair, ownership, depreciation, overhead, profit, or other equipment costs already incorporated into an applicable Caltrans equipment rate. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
