EXTRA-78210 - USA (Santa Cruz, Californi) - Disaster Day-One and Public Assistance Cost Recovery Support Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster day–one and public assistance cost recovery support services to the government authority located in Santa Cruz, CA.– Services may include readiness and onboarding; disaster day one support; initial damage assessments and preliminary project identification and descriptions; federal emergency management agency (FEMA) public assistance (PA)–compliant project development in support of disaster declaration and obligation; reimbursement and financial reconciliation; appeals, audits, and dispute resolution; and project and disaster closeout. Working in coordination with County staff, the Contractor shall assist in documenting disaster–related damages and costs, meeting applicable state and federal assistance documentation requirements, and maximizing recovery of eligible costs.– Documentation shall include, as applicable, dates, locations, personnel, hours worked, equipment or resources utilized, quantities, and other records necessary to verify services performed and associated costs.– Preliminary damage assessment and project identification.– Public assistance project development and obligation.– Documentation, reporting and invoicing.– Reimbursement and financial reconciliation. – Program management and reporting.– Appeals, audits, and dispute resolution.– Readiness and onboarding.– Disaster day one support.– Project closeout(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
