(1) Vendor needs to provide fire life safety inspection and testing services to the government authority located in Steelton, PA.• Deficiency Remediations: Systems or components exhibiting critical operational failure or code non–compliance during recurring field testing must be reported instantly to the agency. • Reporting: Complete, certified digital compliance inspection reports strictly tracking NFPA parameters must be delivered to the agency within forty–eight business hours of each field service visit. • Pricing Exclusions: Out–of–scope maintenance criteria such as 5–year internal pipe diagnostics, component internal rebuilds, hydrostatic sweeps, and customer–procured tool kits/hardware are excluded from the flat fee structure.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 3, 2026.
