CLEANING-14463 - USA (Trenton, New Jersey) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.– Vacuuming shall be done corner to corner and beneath each desk. Thoroughly vacuum all carpets with a commercial quality vacuum containing a filter. Vacuums may be used for floor mats, chairs, and fabric furniture and under desks. Return all chairs, wastebaskets, etc. to the original location.– Dust and damp mop all non–carpeted floors. Spot clean scrub marks and stains (no chemically treated mops allowed).– Hand dust tops of all workstations and base boards. Note: All furniture including desk tops shall be dusted upon request from the employee. Computers, keyboards and monitors are not to be touched during cleaning activities– Dust all ledges, doors and tops of door frames– Scour and scrub sink with disinfectant cleanser. Scrub counter tops with disinfectant cleaner etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
