(1) Vendor needs to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Services include preventative maintenance, inspection and minor repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigeration compressors and associated hardware and software throughout all City buildings(2) A pre–bid virtual meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
