(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services to the government authority located in South Dakota.– must provide a fully functional Managed Print solution prior to September 25, 2026.– shall identify all monitoring agents, collectors, cloud services, network communications, ports, protocols, and data collected as part of the managed print solution– shall provide automated consumable monitoring and fulfillment. Toner and other covered consumable shall be shipped proactively based on usage data– shall have the ability to order additional devices or discontinue devices during the contract term without penalty– Allow users to select from multiple authorized charge codes, departments, or billing accounts at the time of print release.– Automatically apply predefined billing rules based on user affiliation, organizational membership, device location, or other business rules.– Generate monthly billing reports suitable for internal recharge processes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
