Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Assignments may include but not be limited to the following: rehabilitation or replacement of wastewater treatment plants; sewer or watermain replacement, connecting to municipal utilities, building additions, renovations and roof replacement, maintenance facility modernization including zero emission vehicle fuelling and facility upgrades. • Deliverables may include but not be limited to the following: surveys and mapping; technical memorandums and reports; design reports; material testing reports; and plans, specifications and estimates. In addition, the selected firm may be requested to provide construction support services for architectural projects.
