(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party natural gas program consulting services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK. – To provide expert assistance with management of its third–party natural gascontract for the City and participating trusts.– Consultant will provide natural gas market and risk management support, monthly nomination assistance, invoice review and reconciliation, and other natural gas–related assistance as requested. – The consultant will support agency with ongoing market monitoring, purchasing strategy recommendations, recurring reporting, and timely review of supplier billing to help provide value, price certainty, and accurate administration of the natural gas program.• Support natural gas purchasing decisions through daily market monitoring andrecommendations expected to reduce costs and/or provide price certainty.• Provide timely and accurate monthly nominations and identify significant variances between nominated and actual deliveries by meter.• Verify monthly third–party natural gas supplier invoices against agency billing information and identify and assist with resolution of discrepancies promptly.• Maintain consistent communication and reporting with agency and provide additional natural gas market, transaction, contracting, and management assistance as requested.• Support in making informed decisions regarding potential additional facilities by evaluating usage, load characteristics, estimated savings, risks, and overall suitability for participation in the third–party natural gas program.• Risk Management Services• Monthly Nominations• Invoice Review• Evaluation of Potential Additional Facilities• Other Natural Gas Assistance(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
