MRB-56082 - USA (California) - Customer Programs Roadmap Engagement Consultant Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer programs roadmap engagement consultant services to the government authority located in California.– Roadmap will establish a strategic framework for identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing future customer programs that advance decarbonization while supporting organizational priorities.– Facilitating engagement activities, developing meeting materials, conducting outreach, facilitating public workshops and targeted stakeholder discussions, documenting stakeholder feedback, and synthesizing engagement results into clear recommendations that can be incorporated into the roadmap development process.– Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and document stakeholder engagement activities that support the development of customer programs roadmap.– Provide strategic direction regarding discussion topics and desired outcomes.– Develop agendas, facilitation plans, presentations, discussion guides, and supporting materials.– Synthesize stakeholder feedback collected throughout the engagement process into concise summary memoranda that identify key themes, opportunities, concerns, and considerations relevant to development of customer programs roadmap.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
