Vendor needs to provide radon testing devices and laboratory analysis services of radon test kits deployed by Program personnel or their designees to the government authority located in Rockland, NY.– Chain–of–Custody and Logistics: Supply chain–of–custody forms, pre–paid return packaging, and ensure all returned samples are logged and processed per requirements.– Laboratory Analysis: Perform analysis using validated methods and maintain calibration and QA/QC documentation under EPA Radon Proficiency Program guidance
