(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional course design, maintenance, and faculty support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Requires Instructional Course Design and Maintenance, and Faculty support, for the development and continued maintenance and support for its new and existing courses and community sites housed within the Learning Management System – Courses include credit bearing on non–credit bearing online asynchronous courses, personalized competency–based courses and modules, covering topics related to Naval Studies or other General Education related subject matters such as English, Math, and Science. Community sites will include student orientation, faculty training and online learning best practices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
