Vendor needs to provide Propulsion System Rocket Engine (PSRE) commercial transport services to the government authority located in Hill, UT. – specialized commercial logistics provider to manage, maintain, and execute secure, climate–controlled, and hazardous–materials–compliant highway transport of PSRE assets.• Phase 1: Service Readiness, Asset Qualification & Planning — Outfitting of commercial transport assets, security and safety integration, environmental system verification, and hazard response plans.• Phase 2: Operational Transport Services — Execution of recurring transport missions, asset maintenance, and continuous safety/security monitoring.
