DRA-11410 - USA (Navajo Nation, Arizona) - Seismic Data Acquisition Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide seismic data acquisition services to the government authority located in Navajo Nation, AZ. – The primary purpose of the survey is to locate and provide a structural image of contacts between the diorite porphyry intrusive core and associated sills and the overlying and/or adjacent Chinle Formation to a depth of up to about 3000 ft (see Appendix A), with emphasis on a 2D cross–section near the area where subsurface construction is expected to occur.– The agency requests pricing for: (1) a single 2D transect, with separate line–item pricing for both active source options (to allow the Client to balance pricing and permitting considerations when selecting a source); and (2) a 3D passive survey of one–month duration.– Several geometry parameters are deliberately left to the Contractor to propose, given the imaging objectives and budget. The Contractor shall recommend source/receiver spacing, density, fold, and offset distribution, with the design reviewed by the agency’s technical advisor (CSM).– Recording System• Active–source data: separated shot records.• Passive data: continuous recordings delivered in hourly windows with appropriate calendar–time based file naming convention.• Sample interval / record length: to be proposed by the Contractor and confirmed in the Test Phase, consistent with the imaging objectives.• Field filters: anti–alias only; any analogy settings to be confirmed in the Test Phase.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
