(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, build, host and support services.– Design, build, host and support a dedicated housing tenant website.– Solution will deliver a responsive, mobile–first digital website for housing tenants, supporting improved access to housing information and services.– User–centred design and development of a new tenant–facing housing website.– Implementation of bilingual functionality (Welsh and English).– Compliance with accessibility legislation and standards.– Disaster recovery, backup arrangements and defined service levels for availability and incident response.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
