(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide crisis intervention services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Provide comprehensive city–wide crisis intervention support services for students, staff, and school communities across.– This includes both rapid, reactive crisis response and proactive capacity–building, prevention, and early intervention services designed to reduce the frequency and severity of crisis events over time.– Provide proactive prevention and capacity–building services designed to strengthen schools' ability to identify student needs early and respond through a coordinated, trauma–informed system of supports.– Universal screening and trauma–informed response to intervention.– Case management landscape review and recommendations.– Citywide crisis prevention and response framework(2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
