(1) Vendor needs to provide armored car services to the government authority located in Pasadena, TX.• Contractor shall provide secure armored car pickup and delivery services for sealed college deposits, currency, checks, coin, change orders, and other items as requested by the college.• Contractor shall provide regularly scheduled pickup and delivery service at designated college locations.• The anticipated service schedule is two days per week.• Pickups and deliveries shall be made during the service window established by the college. Contractor shall notify the college immediately of any delay, missed pickup, or other service issue.• Contractor shall provide a signed or electronically verifiable receipt for each deposit or item accepted at the time of pickup. Deposit tracking information shall be available to the college upon request.• Contractor shall maintain procedures to track, inventory, and confirm delivery of all deposit bags from the time custody is accepted through delivery to the designated financial institution.• Contractor shall be responsible for the security and contents of deposits once the sealed deposit bag is released to and receipted by the contractor’s authorized personnel, subject to the terms of the resulting agreement and required insurance coverage.• Contractor shall ensure appropriate controls are in place to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, or tampering with deposit bags and their contents.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
