(1) Vendor needs to provide towing services to the government authority located in Grand Island, NE.• Provide comprehensive 24/7/365 primary towing and recovery services.• Provide specialized, highly secure indoor storage and chain–of–custody handling for vehicles involved in fatal crashes and criminal investigations. • Light and medium–duty towing and transport (up to 10,000 lbs. GVWR) for abandoned, wrecked, or illegally parked vehicles.   • Demonstrated capability either through owned fleet assets or pre–approved, vetted subcontracted agreements to clear and transport large commercial vehicles, buses, and RVs upon GIPD request.• Proven ability to safely lift, load, and transport motorcycles, low–clearance vehicles, and High–value/low clearance specialty vehicles without causing mechanical or cosmetic damage.   (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
