STAFF-17022 - USA (Columbus, Ohio) - Utility Revenue Requirements and Rate Design Expert Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility revenue requirements and rate design expert services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.– Contractor will review and evaluate agency proposal to establish separate residential and non–residential rate classes, including the Utility's cost–of–service study and the functionalization, classification, allocation methods, allocation factors, and resulting allocation of costs and revenues to residential consumers.– Contractor will review and evaluate agency proposed residential rate design, including the proposed customer charge, volumetric distribution charges, miscellaneous service charges, and resulting bill impacts to residential consumers at varying usage levels(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
