(1) Vendor needs to provide recorsdkeeping, investment and participant education services to the government authority located in Durham, NC. – Provide recordkeeping, processing, customer service, communication, compliance and custody services.– Provide services under a group contract. – Services associated with loan coordination among legacy providers may be needed, but contributions will no longer go to legacy provider contracts.– Provide employee education regarding the benefits of the plan through a mix of in–person and virtual education services.– Offer competitive investment options with input or its investment consultant.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
