(1) Vendor needs to provide bond project management services to the government authority located in McAllen, TX.• Assist District in evaluating proposals, making recommendations, and ensuring best–value options for individual projects are recommended for approval by the Board of Trustees.• Development of the contract negotiation process and aid in review, approval, or disapproval of General Contractor numbers• Provide a detailed analysis to describe differences between final estimates and bidders’ pricesdevelop detailed cost estimates at various phases of design.• Assist in facilitating the preconstruction conference.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
