(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted and web–based employee scheduling software. • Design, develop, and implement a scheduling software that allows users to create, manage, and track unit assignments, tasks, and events. • Obtaining and implementing the system is to streamline scheduling processes, reduce conflicts, and improve time management• Provide an easy–to–use real–time scheduling interface• Provide automation, real–time access, and improved communication tools.• Provide a forecasting and scheduling solution that integrates with the current Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday.• Multi–factor authentication is required for cloud–hosted systems, and system should support multi–factor authentication• Provide a web–based, cross–platform system accessible via the internet through standard web browsers as well as a mobile application for end–user mobile devices.• Utilize secure, industry–standard methods, such as APIs, secure file transfer, or other Workday–supported integration tools• Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) to populate schedules and leave information in Outlook calendars• Integrate and accommodate inbound and outbound communication to individuals and groups (text, email, push notification, etc.).• Ability to advance book and view schedules in the future.• Ability to track the number of hours an employee has worked for a given time.• System must have shift bidding, trades, and approval workflows.• Ability to view scheduled employees assigned by day, shift, location, etc.• Ability to view and print employee rosters based on multiple customized criteria.• Provide a user dashboard interface with configurable data analytics.• Data collection methods should include web–based time entry and biometric/keypad devices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 19, 2026
