(1) Vendor needs to provide warranty coverage service to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.• line warranty coverage for electric, gas, water and wastewater residential and commercial customers within our service territory.• Contractor will manage the complete customer lifecycle, including marketing, registration, billing, account management, cancellations, escalations, and retention activities.•The Contractor will: Analyze the residential and business customer base, infrastructure characteristics, and demographic profiles relevant to warranty adoption.– Identify key customer needs, risk exposure related to service line failures, and potential participation levels• Develop adoption of drivers/barriers scenarios (conservative, baseline, accelerated) based on Utilities specific data, industry benchmarks, and program design variables• Develop 2–3 program design options tailored for Utilities residential and commercial segments• Create customer journey flows including enrollment, billing, claims handling, repair processes, escalations, cancellations, and renewals• Create customer journey flows including enrollment, billing, claims handling, repair processes, escalations, cancellations, and renewals• Develop a comprehensive marketing and customer engagement plan that supports program launch and ongoing participation, including target segments, value propositions, messaging frameworks, communication channels, timing, and coordination with Utilities’ billing and customer communication platforms(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026
