MPA 416 OE FY 24 Audiovisual Equipment, Installation, Maintenance and Service

MPA 416 Open Enrollment is soliciting on behalf of the University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island College, Community College of Rhode Island, and other State entities to establish a qualified list of vendors to provide Audiovisual and Telecommunication systems on a two-tiered basis. Selected vendors will provide either product only or design, installation, integration, maintenance, and support for either/or audiovisual and telecommunication components and parts for electronic classrooms, presentation rooms, conference rooms, and large auditoriums. Proposals received by August 8, 2023, will be evaluated for award of the initial contract. • Proposals received by this date/time are reviewed and awarded as appropriate, to generate the new MPA contract. Proposals received after this date/time are reviewed at the discretion of the division of purchases.
