CONTRACT 26/27 PASSCHENDAELE CYCLEWAY RENEWAL Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract. This contract is for the renewal of approximately 410 metres of the 2.5-metre-wide Passchendaele Cycleway – north of the Fernside Road / Lineside Road intersection, noting that the project is split into two Separable Portions consisting of: • Separable Portion One: approximately 200m of cycleway renewal • Separable Portion Two: approximately 210m of cycleway renewal Tender documents are available for download from vendorpanel.nz/waimakariri/tenders. If you have not registered for VendorPanel, you may do so using this link: http://www.vendorpanel.nz/marketplace The VendorPanel Reference Number for this tender is: VP2698 Tenders for this contract close at 4pm on Wednesday 4th of November 2026, with tender submissions via VendorPanel. Tenderers are required to be prequalified to Tier C of Category 10 (Roading) for this contract. Where a tenderer is not prequalified they will need to submit information to meet the minimum requirements of the relevant prequalification category. The tenderer can do this by visiting waimakariri.govt.nz/your-council/council-tenders, completing the relevant form, and submitting to IM@wmk.govt.nz, at least one week prior to tenders closing.
