(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based automated cross–checking solution. • Cloud–based commercial off–the–shelf (cots) solutions available to meet the needs of the department by replacing its current process for cross–checking student lists submitted by eligible scholarship funding organization• Provide real–time notifications when a student appears on both a scholarship payment file and a public–school enrollment record.• Support resolution of duplicate funding situations where a student is simultaneously reported for scholarship funding and public–school attendance• Automatically reconcile records between scholarship–funding organizations, school districts. • Cross–check scholarship payment files against public–school attendance records(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 11, 2026.
