DES-2651 - USA (Staunton, Virginia) - Shredding Service - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding service to the government authority located in Staunton, VA.– On–Site Shredding Service shall provide secure, compliant destruction of confidential paper records at the facility location. – All shredding occurs under client supervision to ensure full chain–of–custody control.– The service provider will deliver secure, compliant, onsite document shredding for confidential paper materials stored in 40 designated shredding consoles located throughout the facility.– All shredding will be performed twice per month (24 services per year).– All documents will be shredded onsite immediately, following industry–standard secure destruction protocols.– Cross–cut shredders that reduce sheets of paper into thin strips that when mixed with other shreds cannot be easily recreated into the original document.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.– Small Business Set–Aside for Award Priority.
