(1) Vendor needs to provide facility management, programming, booking and operation services. – The selected Operator will also be responsible for booking, promotion, marketing, sponsorship, ticketing, financial administration, transparent regional booking practices, show–by–show accounting, and transition services, subject to the agency's retained rights and oversight.– Event Scheduling:• Attracting, booking, negotiating, and contracting with regional and national touring acts from start to finish. A minimum of 85% of Qualifying Ticketed Events are required to be national touring acts, and 15% may be regional.– Event Management:• Event scheduling, as described above.• Front of House, including door personnel, ushers, ticket takers, first aid, and guest services.• Event coordination, promotions, changeovers, weather planning, and incident response.• Self–promotion and co–promotion of events and concerts.– Naming, Marketing, and Sponsorship(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13,2026.
