(1) Vendor needs to provide veterinarian program services to the government authority located in El Centro, CA.– provide hold and maintain an active veterinary license.– Provide clinical services to large animals or a combination of large and small animals.– Establish or maintain a practice within agency boundaries or be employed full–time by a clinic or facility serving the region.– Engage with the local community, including livestock producers, animal owners, and relevant organizations.– Submit annual performance and stipend utilization reports demonstrating progress, impact, and program compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
