(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Pompano Beach, FL.• Pre–Construction Tasks: Review contract plans and specifications, review contractor schedules, conduct the pre–construction conference, and perform initial utility coordination. • Construction Monitoring Tasks and Project Administration Assistance: Perform daily on–site inspections and environmental reviews, verify Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) compliance, track construction progress, and review monthly progress estimates; conduct progress meetings and prepare minutes; and assist with pay applications, change order reviews, invoice submittals to the agency, and the reimbursement process, where applicable. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.
