Vendor needs to provide and social media and website review, support, update services using CMS.• Website Review, Update and Support– The selected proposer shall review, update and support a creative, accessible, responsive, and user–friendly website that follows industry best practices and provides intuitive navigation, concise messaging, and efficient task flow. – Compatibility with major current web browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Vivaldi, and Brave, as appropriate.– A user–friendly content management system that allows designated agency staff to add, remove, and modify content without relying on the proposer for routine edits.– Search engine optimization, including appropriate SEO keywords and metadata.– The CMS shall allow designated agency personnel to post and update documents, announcements, press releases, media alerts, banner messages, and other content; receive and respond to inquiries; upload media; and make routine content changes after launch.– The proposer shall use current best practices for information architecture and SEO and shall provide documentation addressing URL structure, changes, redirects, and preservation of search visibility during the transition to the new site.– The proposer shall identify and recommend an appropriate hosting environment and shall describe browser compatibility, security, backup procedures, resiliency, disaster recovery, geographic redundancy where applicable, expected uptime, and recovery procedures.– The proposer shall configure Google Analytics and/or other appropriate tools to monitor traffic, user behavior, trends, SEO performance, and overall website health.• Social Media and Digital Marketing:– The selected proposer shall update, if needed, and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing program consistent with the goals of the website and agency communications.– Mobile–friendly content and workflows.
