(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services for rehabilitation design and construction administration to the government authority located in Kentwood, MI. – Eastern Avenue is to be rehabilitated by full–depth milling and repaving the hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement.– Sidewalk ramps shall be replaced only if necessary, to meet current guidelines.– Some utility relocations may be necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
