(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile mentoring services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.– Provider shall design and implement a community–based mentoring program serving court–involved youth ages 10–20. – Services must meet national standards for mentor recruitment, screening, training, supervision, and match support.– Mentoring formats are to include: 1:1 in–person mentoring, virtual mentoring, small group mentoring, and hybrid models.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
