(1) Vendor needs to provide state park visitor film service to the government authority located in Custer, SD.  • Professional services of a production company to work as a collaborative partner in the development and production of a world–class short introductory film for state park.• A production company to create a world–class, artistically driven film that introduces visitors to the grandeur, diversity, and spirit of state park and the broader outdoor experience.•  The selected offeror will be responsible for all aspects of the film’s creation, including to:• Research and scriptwriting• High–resolution video capture and still photography• Original audio capture and mixing• Professional Voice Narrator• Expert–level digital video editing• Narration and on–screen talent • Original or licensed music selection(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
